Accounts and any associated subscriptions or benefits are personal and may not be transferred without prior written consent from beleadmix.

We may suspend or limit account access where required for safety, suspected fraud, regulatory compliance, or breach of these terms. Suspension may be temporary while issues are contribute.

Scope of Services

beleadmix provides sanatorium accommodation, assisted living planning resources, on-site wellness activities (non-medical), and related hospitality services for pensioners in Bangkok. Specific services available vary by location and booking.

Service offerings and availability may change over time. We will endeavor to notify affected users in advance of material changes that impact existing bookings or subscriptions where practical.

Service availability depends on capacity, seasonal demand, and regulatory permissions. Reservations may be subject to limits, waiting lists, or seasonal schedules. beleadmix is not liable for service reductions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Rules of Use

To ensure a safe and respectful environment for all residents and visitors, users must comply with the following rules while on premises or using services arranged by beleadmix.

• Respectful conduct: Treat staff, residents and visitors with courtesy. Harassment, abusive language, or intimidation is prohibited.
• Safety and security: Follow site safety instructions, emergency procedures, and staff directions at all times.
• No illegal activities: Possession or use of illegal substances, unlicensed weapons, or engagement in unlawful acts on premises is prohibited.
• Health disclosures: Provide accurate health and mobility information when required for accommodation planning; this information is used for logistical support, not medical treatment.
• Property care: Respect rooms, communal areas, and equipment. Users are responsible for damage resulting from negligence or misuse.
• Visitation policies: Follow visitation rules and schedules set by the facility to preserve resident privacy and rest.
• Compliance with staff instructions: Staff may set additional rules to address safety, hygiene, or regulatory requirements; users must follow these instructions.

User Submissions and Content

Users may submit reviews, photos, or other content related to their stay or interactions with beleadmix. Content guidelines and rights are set out below.

You retain ownership of content you post, subject to the limited license you grant to beleadmix. By submitting content you represent you have the necessary rights and consents to share it.

By posting content to beleadmix platforms you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for service operations, promotion, and improvement of our services.

You are responsible for content you submit. Do not post content that violates privacy rights, contains discriminatory language, or includes private medical information about third parties.

beleadmix may remove or decline to publish user content that violates these terms, applicable law, or community standards. Users may request removal; we will assess and act in accordance with legal duties and operational constraints.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the beleadmix website, branding, and service materials are owned by or licensed to beleadmix. Users must not use activity, logos or copyrighted materials without express permission.

• Do not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from beleadmix content without permission.
• Do not remove copyright, activity or other proprietary notices from materials obtained via beleadmix.
• Report suspected IP infringement to the contact details provided; include sufficient information for an assessment.

Paid Services and Billing

beleadmix may offer paid accommodation packages, activity fees, and ancillary services. Paid services are subject to the terms below and any specific service agreement presented at booking.

Prices for paid services are displayed at the time of booking and may include taxes and fees as required by law. Pricing errors discovered prior to payment will be corrected and communicated to affected users.

Payment methods accepted are shown at checkout. Full or partial prepayment may be required for reservations. Payments are processed securely through authorized payment providers.

Where subscription services are offered, the terms of recurring billing, renewal, and cancellation will be provided at the point of sale and in user account settings.

Refund eligibility depends on the specific service and cancellation policy provided at booking. Refunds will be processed in accordance with the stated policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Cancellation terms vary by service type. Users should review cancellation policies at the time of booking. Some discounted rates may be non-refundable or subject to fees.

Applicable taxes, value added tax or service charges required by Thai law may apply to paid services and will be shown where required.

beleadmix may adjust prices for future bookings. Price changes do not affect confirmed reservations unless otherwise specified in the booking terms.

Failure to pay for reserved services may result in cancellation of reservations and potential collection activity for outstanding amounts as permitted by law.

Disclaimer

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, beleadmix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services, subject to mandatory consumer protections under applicable statutes.

Upon termination, access to account features and some stored information may be limited or deleted in accordance with our retention policies. Outstanding obligations, such as unpaid fees, survive termination.
